Questions about paying
- How do I pay?
- Through the App Store or Google Play, with the account you already use there. Allheard never sees your card.
- How does the free trial work?
- You get 7 days free. Cancel at least a day before they end and you are not charged. After that, the store renews your plan each month or each year until you cancel.
- How do I cancel?
- In your subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your Allheard account does not cancel a subscription, so cancel it there first.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds go through the store you paid with, under its rules: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google from your Google Play order history.
- What counts as an AI log?
- Each time the AI turns something you typed, said or photographed into a meal. One meal is one log, even if you add to it. Editing a meal, logging by hand, asking about your data and the data from your devices never count.
- What happens after 15?
- You keep logging by hand, and everything you saved stays. Your 15 come back on the 1st of the month. Unused logs don't carry over.
- Why are the prices in dollars?
- These are the US prices. The store shows you the price in your own currency, with tax included where it applies.
