Example: you type “had an omelette with two eggs, two slices of toast and a coffee with milk”, and Allheard marks the three things it understood and turns them into a breakfast of 375 kcal.
You check it, then you log it.
Type it. Say it. Snap it.
A meal takes one sentence or one photo. Allheard turns it into calories and macros, and nothing is saved until you say so.
-
Type it
Write it the way you'd text a friend. Typos and missing accents are fine. Forgot the dessert? Add it to the same meal with “one more”.
chicken shawarma, the big one, no fries -
Say it
Say what you ate. Your phone turns your voice into text on the device itself, so no audio leaves it.
a bowl of oats with a banana and a spoon of peanut butter -
Snap it
Photograph the plate, the label or barcode, or the menu. A photo estimate comes with a margin, and you can correct it before you log.
Whichever way you log, you get the same meal card. Fix a line, undo, or add to it later, and your day updates.
Your day, read in five seconds.
Today puts the energy you ate next to the energy you burned, with your protein, your weight trend and how well you recovered. You don't have to ask. It's there when you open the app.
Weight shows as a 7-day average first, so one salty dinner doesn't look like a trend. Blood pressure shows as the number your monitor measured, and nothing more.
Want more? Ask in the same box you log in, like “Do I sleep worse after late dinners?” The answer comes from your own data.
Your watch, your scale, your words.
Connect what you already own. Allheard reads from it, and your devices keep working the way they always have.
- Garmin ConnectActivities, steps, sleep and heart-rate variability, moments after your watch syncs.
- Apple HealthWhat you allow on your iPhone: weight, body composition, blood pressure, sleep, activity and more.
- Health ConnectThe same on Android, from the apps and devices you already use.
- WithingsWeight, body composition and blood pressure from your scale and monitor.
Your data stays in the EU.
Your weight, your sleep and your meals are health data. Allheard treats them that way.
- Stored in the EU
- Your account and everything you log live on servers run by Hetzner in the EU, and the backups stay in the EU too.
- AI that keeps nothing
- Meals and questions are read by Claude on AWS Bedrock in Frankfurt. Nothing is kept after the answer, and the model never receives your name, email or account.
- Your voice stays on your phone
- Speech becomes text on the phone itself. No audio is sent anywhere.
- No ads, no tracking
- Your health data is never sold and never used for advertising. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Why I built it
I've worn a smartwatch for many years, and I step on the scale all the time. I'm trying to stay in shape and live healthy, and that's easy to say until real life shows up.
I'm on the road a lot. When I have a kitchen, I cook. When I don't, I eat at restaurants. Either way I still want my macros under control, so I adapt on the fly. A big lunch out means a lighter dinner.
But my measurements lived in several apps and my meals in none, because every food tracker wanted a form for each bite. I wanted to say what I ate in one sentence and see it next to what my watch and scale had measured.
So I built that, and I use it every day. Allheard is that tool, made for you too. If something is wrong or missing, write to me. A person answers, usually within two working days, in English or Romanian.
